Bad news first: this month's let down is Scandaleyes mascara by Rimmel. I made a quick run to the store to replenish my eyeliner, and the Rimmel products were buy one get one 50%, so I decided to take advantage and grab some Rimmel mascara. Not a fan. The packaging states less clumping, which stood true, but the formula was too thin for me, added no volume to my lashes and was messy. After applying it yesterday, I went to put some powder on my face, it wasn't immediately after, but somehow the mascara found its way down to under my eye. I will not be purchasing this particular mascara again. On to the good news: the product I love this month is e.l.f's mineral infused face primer. I like the clean, sleek packaging & that it came with a pump dispenser. This is part of elf's studio line of products & also comes in a tone adjusting green tint, a brightening lavender tint or a glowing nude tone and runs $6. It's a clear gel primer that I use after my moisturizer. It goes on so smoothly & does not feel oily at all. It helps to create a smooth surface on my face before putting on any other make-up. I love it and will definitly be buying another bottle!
